If this is your first time, the “About” page has more information about this project. To read the project, start at the “Reading Room”. The “Index” groups the content into subjects. News lets me communicate whatever may be important; this will be piped to an RSS feed, alongside release announcements. Links has my contact information, as well as whatever I decide is funny enough to put there.
The “Program Seek” navigation buttons will show you a subset of the reading room’s contents. They light up, and that’s really important.
Accessibility
I want to make sure this site is as accessible as possible. Please do let me know if I can improve.
Fonts
If you change your default fonts in your browser or operating system, the website shouldn’t break (though do let me know if something about my site is preventing that (that would be kind of scary)).
In terms of default fonts, there’s a lot of discourse on what the best practice is for website designers. I chose to use fonts whose letters were easy to distinguish from each other (b, p, q, d; 1, I, l; o, 0; etc my beloathed); I also tried to choose ones that were familiar, hopefully preventing readers from having to learn new letter shapes. Thus, the use of serif fonts like “Times New Roman”. To get rid of serif fonts completely, in your browser’s font settings, set the serif font to whatever your sans-serif font is.
